A new recipe has been devised for a chocolate cake which can be made without eggs, milk or butter.
The simple recipe is completely dairy free and can be made without the use of a mixing bowl.
The ingredients are:
- 1-½ cup all-purpose flour ( powder made of grain, wheat, used for making bread, cakes, pasta... bột mỳ)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder ( a dark brown powder made from cocoa, used to make chocolate and add a chocolate flavour to food and drink, bột cacao)
- 1 cup granulated sugar ( đường kính)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda ( a mixture of powders used to make cake rise and become light they baked, bột nổi)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
