Working with the bank

Please bring the information selected below to your appointment to ensure you get the most out of it as possible
  • One item confirming address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill)
  • One item confirming identity (e.g. Passport, Driving Licence)
  • National Insurance Number (can be found on P60, payslip, pension or DWP document)
  • Existing car and home insurance policies 
  • Existing mortgage details (can be found on the most recent annual statement from your Mortgage Provider)
  • Existing Life Assurance and Payment Protection Policies
  • Details of savings and investments
  • Proof of income and commitments (e.g. most recent bank statements, payslips)
  • Proof of existing borrowing - loans, credit cards statements
  • Proof of any Non-NatWest bank account details (most recent statements)
  • Proof of latest Business bank statements audited accounts or tax assessments
  • Existing Debit Card or Old Account Details
